HTML Upload to NetSuite Doesn't Open

I have an HTML Document that was designed for us by an outside source.  They Emailed this document to me and I saved it on my computer.  It opened it and it worked just fine.  This document has links to our web site.  We will use this in a campaign.

I then uploaded it to NetSuite.  It will not open.  All I get is an 'X' in the upper left hand corner.

I searched this forum but did not find an answer.  I searched the NetSuite Help section and could not find an answer.

I hope someone here can help me.
