Email template does not work with attachment ??

To NetSuite,


When I use Bulk Merge, I use HTML template file with a file attached, but the HTML template does not display as an embedment in the email.

On the contrary, if there are no filed attached, the HTML can display in the email as an embedment as the result of the bulk merge.
