Email Address in Campaign after Bounced Message
I am planning on moving the Alt. Email address to replace the email address for a contact record that got a hard bounce on an email campaign. What I would like to know is if there is a detailed record in NetSuite that has the original email address for the bounce.
Meaning, once I change the email address on the contact where I had a hard bounce, when I go back and reference hard bounces in the system, it now appears that the changed email address bounced -- when it really didn't. That could confuse people to believe that the new email address in the contact record is bad.
