Anyone having an issue with campaign delivery?

I sent a e-mail campaign out this morning but did not receive a copy of the campaign e-mail or the confirmation that it was sent out. I know it was sent because the status has changed on the campaign record but I'm not sure how many people actually received my message. I know I received much fewer out of office responses from our contacts. Is anyone else having an issue with campaign delivery?

I also noticed an issue with receiving the marketing template preview and an e-mail I copied myself on from NetSuite.
