Set up regular marketing campaigns

We are sending a mailout every month to the same Saved Search with the same content.

The hassle is that we have to add in the campaign 12 times for a year (once a month).

Wondering if anyone has a workaround for setting regular marketing campaign up without having to enter it in 12 times.
