Email Campaign for Shopping Cart Abandonment

I am new to Net Suite and I want to know if there is a way for me to set up auto emails that will send my customers who show up on the shopping cart abandonment report a follow up e-mail. But I want to make sure that these customers have not since purchased a product from me. Is there a way for me to have this done automatically?
