Campaign Response Purchasers
Hi All,
Is there a way to track sales as a result of a campaign from customers who are already customers?
I know NetSuite has the Campaign Response Summary report but it only records when a lead turns to customer and makes the first sales order.
But we want to know purchases from a customer-won as well. There is an enhancement 173148. I need an alternative. Another problem is, the campaigns go to contacts not customers.
