Not Opening Marketing Campaigns

We have a contact target group that we use to send marketing campaigns to and there is about 9,000 contacts. We have been emailing this group since August 2015. I am trying to create a search to show who has never opened a marketing campaign.

The criteria I am using is
Campaign Response Fields... = Title = has keywords = Wholesale
Campaign Response Fields... = Response Detail = is not Opened

I've tried adding:
Campaign Response Fields... = Response Date

Doesn't seem to make a difference as I'm getting my full contact list and it is including contacts who have opened a campaign at any time.

Please help! The only support article I found was about creating a customer search but this does not reflect contacts.
