Bulk Merge Email send automatically to customers(members) for renewal
Hi All,
We would like to automate sending email to customers/members that are due for renewals (yearly renewals). Currently the manual process is;
- User opens Bulk Merge - Email
- Selects the Group Type and Group (this is linked to a Saved Search that pulls members data due for renewal)
- Selects the Template
- Merge & Send
I am thinking a workflow might do the job, any suggestions please!
