Lists Search/Saved Searches/Customer Searches :Filter "Hard Bounced" not working

We cannot identify customers with Hard Bounced emails with a saved search. We used to filter them out when doing campaigns but as the search does not find any hard bounces even though you can see hard bounces via Campaigns.
