Marketing campaigns broken?

We just started using marketing campaigns in NetSuite and are getting very discouraged with our experience so far.

We are having a lot of issues with getting the right statistics.

Here is a campaign we sent this morning:
[LIST]
[*]139 sent, 139 opened (very unlikely - also the target group had closer to 1000)
[*]36 clicked through, 0 responded (not sure what responded means)
[*]164 bounced - what the??? this is higher than our sent number. Also no undelivered in the undelivered email list
[/LIST]
Here is one from 2 weeks ago:
[LIST]
[*]217 sent, 214 opened (very unlikely )
[*]183 bounced? what the??? again, don't see those in the undelivered list.
