Please note that on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Phone Lines Intermittent
We are experiencing phone line and data accessibility problems with one of centres as a result of the earthquake off of Taiwan this week. A number of underwater voice and data cables were damaged, causing a shortage of supply this week.
Although all 3 centres are operational, we are expecting delays in our ques for the next few days until this matter can be resolved. Please note our staffing and scheduling will remain the same, and if there is an urgent matter affect your firm as a result of this shortages, please contact me directly at: jdantow@netsuite.com.
