Please note that on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Phone System
Our Phone system for NetSuite Support has gone down today at 5:00pm EST time for 10 minutes. We will be updated today for this reason from our vendor. We apologize for anyone calling in and not being able to get through, or if you were on the phone, and your call was dropped. Our ETA is 10 to 15 mins, and we will be back up and running by 5:15pm EST or 2:15 PST.
