Support Busy with the Release
This week and next week will the final stages of our 2007.0 release with the last sets of our customers moving over on the phased release schedule. Today (Monday, Aug 20th) we saw higher call volumes and although we are fully staffed there was one point in the day where we were backlogged. We expect as the week continues to be busy, and with additional scheduling of resources we will be doing the utmost to service our customers.
