FedEx will be down for system maintenance Saturday night.  Here is the message from FedEx:

FedEx Production Load/Update
Due to the quarterly FedEx load update, FedEx production systems will experience an outage from Saturday, January 20 at 11:00 p.m. CST until Sunday, January 21 at 3:00 a.m.
