NetSuite Online Case Form Revisions
In order to better triage support cases that are submitted to us, we have made a few small changes to our case form. We have changed problem in the case type dropdown field to defect and added Performance Issue as another possible selection. These changes will allow us to direct your cases to the appropriately skilled team of support specialists.
