UK VAT - Documentation now available

in Announcements

The NetSuite Tax Engine allows the change in VAT rate to be made without any software updates, but a few simple configuration changes are required in your NetSuite account.

In order to guide you through this process we have provided step-by-step instructions that are now available on the UK customer login page.
This also covers customers that have VAT registered subsidiaries in the UK. For more information please visit:

As part of our commitment to help everybody with this transition, NetSuite  will host a free training session on Friday, 28 November. Support on this issue will also be available free of charge to all customers. Support representatives will also be available over the weekend to answer your questions.
