Please note that on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Holiday Support Availability
This holiday season Netsuite Support will be open 24/7 for both Inbound Phone calls and Online Cases support. We will have very limited staffing for December 25th and for January 1st but customers will still be able to call into Support during their regular Support Hours.
Starting Monday Dec 22nd through until Monday January 5th we will pare down our daily staffing but do not expect there will be any change to our current Service Levels in both Calls and Cases.
