Enhancements to status.netsuite.com
We have made several updates to the status.netsuite.com site. This had been planned as part of the 2010.1 release and so was covered in release notes, training, and Help but the actual release was delayed.
We are launching these updates this weekend.
The status.netsuite.com page is enhanced to provide improved transparency and better self-service for our customers. Specifically, the page now includes:
Incidents Today -- Details and updates for incidents on current day.
Incident details – Specific details of any incidents that occurred in the last seven days.
Scheduled maintenance information – scheduled site-wide maintenance events Number of application requests processed, per day, and over the last 12 months.
