Please note that on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

Support Case Severity/Business Impact now available when submitting an online case.

In our efforts to continuously improve our customers’ experience, we are pleased to introduce the Netsuite Support Case Severity/Business Impact Feature.  Our customers will be empowered to indicate the urgency of their case and allow NetSuite Support to assess and act accordingly.

To flag the Online Case as high priority, please check the “Please check here if this problem has a severe impact on any of your core business processes” box and provide additional information in “Please provide specific details regarding the nature of the impact” textbox.

To submit an Online Case Form, navigate to Support Tab > Customer Service > Contact Support Online.
