Please note that on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Emergency cases and calls only between the hours of 6am - 2pm EST on December 11th
NetSuite Flash. Please note that between the hours of 6am - 2pm Eastern Standard Time on Saturday December 11th, NetSuite Support will be attending a Department Wide Event. We will be able to address emergency cases and calls only during this time.
All other cases and calls will be responded to upon our return. Once again, NetSuite Support will have limited staff between 6am - 2pm Eastern Standard Time Saturday December 11th which is 3 am to 11 m Pacific Time.
