Additional Authentication Requirement
As part of ongoing efforts to maintain a high level of security, NetSuite is adding a new authentication requirement. Once this requirement is implemented, all users will be prompted upon login to select security questions and record a unique answer for each of them.
These answers will be used to verify users’ identities when they forget their password and when they log in from a new browser or a new computer.
All users will be required to set up new security questions and answers even if they have completed the process previously.
As part of this change, email notifications will be sent to users when security questions are triggered.
