Change Report a Defect to Report a Problem on the NetSuite Support Online Case Form
We have modified one of the values on the dropdown selection for What would you like to do? from Report a Defect to Report a Problem to make it more inclusive of the variety of cases customers submit online. See SuiteAnswers Answer Id: 42332 for details - https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/42332 This change will take effect on April 29, 2015. There is no change needed in customers’ accounts for this update to take effect and no expected service disruption. For any questions related to this change, please contact the NetSuite Customer Service at 18776387848 and choose option 2.
