             [TD]On February 17, a change was made to the way you submit cases using the SuiteAnswers online case form. Once you select the Product Area and Feature, the Details field will display a series of questions, designed to result in a faster turnaround time for the case. Responses to these questions will enable Customer Support to better understand your concern, troubleshoot the problem and provide you the correct solution in a more timely manner.
