NetSuite Issue Notification Email
We are pleased to announce that we have updated our issue notification emails. Our aim is to provide more useful information to our users attached to issues: [LIST] [*]An explanation of the status that has been set on the issue [*]Alternate Solutions (if available) [*]Links to SuiteAnswers defect severities and status definitions [/LIST] Follow these steps to be sure you receive the new notifications: 1. Support > (Customer Service) NetSuite Account Center 2. On the left hand side, under Settings, click Set Preferences 3.
