New Password Reset Procedure Enhances Security

The process for resetting NetSuite passwords will become more secure as of January 7, 2016. The upcoming changes ensure that the person requesting the reset is the owner of the email address, information regarding the validity of a submitted email address is never revealed, and passwords are never sent in an email message.
 
    
   
   
  
  
   
   
  
  

What Is Changing?Recommended Actions
On January 7, 2016, the process a user must follow after clicking the “Forgot your password?” link is changing, for Version 2015 Release 2, as well as subsequent releases.A user who clicks the “Forgot your password?” link on the NetSuite login page should follow the directions displayed in the UI.
