Please note that on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
January 8, 2016 Scheduled Maintenance
NetSuite Support case management systems will be offline for scheduled maintenance on January 8, 2016 8:00 pm - 8:15 pm PST. Please note that Support phone lines will be open and SuiteAnswers will be available but customers will be unable to create or view NetSuite Customer Support cases or access their NetSuite Account Center during this time.
Please contact Support via phone for any urgent inquiries and hold off on creating cases until after the maintenance.
