Some Impact to PayPal APIs and PayPal Website - Dec 6

PayPal is experiencing a system issue which may be affecting PayPal APIs and PayPal Website on the PayPal Live Site. Please see the details below.

PayPal Classic APIs may result in a 10001 "Internal Error"
PayPal REST APIs may result in a HTTP 500 "Unknown Error"
PayPal users may experience a "Sorry - your last action could not be completed" error accessing the PayPal website (www.paypal.com) or when making a payment.
