Additionally, there will be changes to shipping fees and surcharges that may apply to your shipment and affect your total shipping rate.                          Which rates are changing in January 2017?             [TABLE="border: 0, cellpadding: 0, cellspacing: 0, width: 700"]                              [TR]                 [TD]•  FedEx Express will increase shipping rates by an average of 3.9% for U.S. domestic, U.S. export and U.S. import services.
