NetSuite has two major releases of software each year. We upgrade our customers in phases, over a period of a few months. Before the upgrade, each customer has a period of time during which they can access the NetSuite Release Preview environment. This gives you the opportunity to do some advance testing of the new features using your own data and business processes. It can help you identify any potential issues before your production account is upgraded. [h=3]Important[/h] The phase in which your account is upgraded is determined in advance and may change from one release to the next.
