Re: Linking NetSuite resources from an external page.
In version 2016.1, NetSuite upgraded the security level of all URLs used to link to pages, forms, and files in NetSuite that can be linked externally. This was applied to all accounts and included URLs for online case forms, support case reply pages, online custom record forms, online customer forms, as well as downloadable items on websites. The URLs for these pages and files were updated in the UI when the account was upgraded to version 2016.1.
