PayPal Notification: We are experiencing an issue which is affecting PayPal REST APIs and PayPal APIs on the PayPal Sandbox. PayPal Merchants may be experiencing a higher than usual error rate for: 10001 Error - Internal Error., HTTP 500

   Our technical teams have been engaged and are actively troubleshooting the issue.
