How to Receive Issue Notifications
  Once your case is attached to a Defect, you can track it's progress by receiving regular updates. Follow these steps to be sure users receive Issue Notifications:

     
  1. Support > (Customer Service) NetSuite Account Center.
    2.   
  2. On the left hand side, under Settings, click Set Preferences.
    3.   
  3. In the Issue Notification section, define when to get notifications and to which e-mail(s) to send it to.
Note: If users do not see the NetSuite Account Center link, ask the Administrator to add the NetSuite Support Center role to the Access subtab of the Employee record.
