There will be a planned outage of our Shipping APIs for approx. 13 hours from 8:45am Sat 15 Jul to 9:30am Sun 16 Jul 2017. This outage is to implement upgrades to our enterprise infrastructure.
During the outage you and your customers will be unable to connect to our Shipping and Tracking APIs. If you try to connect, you will receive a connection error message. Please note: some services may resume earlier than 9:30am Sun 16 Jul.
Our Shipping & Tracking APIs status page (https://status.developers.auspost.com.au) will be updated with a notification advising customers of this planned outage to the Tracking, Pricing, Label Printing and Lodgement services.
