VAT in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Member States
  VAT is being introduced for the first time in the GCC Member States with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia as the first countries to roll out VAT from 1 January 2018.

The standard VAT rate in each GCC member state is expected to be 5 percent for standard-rated supplies. This feature is supported in NetSuite through the International Tax Reports SuiteApp.
