| This notice is for customers using client scripts that are attached to address subrecords to access the DOM. Be aware that NetSuite does not support and has never supported the use of scripts that directly access the DOM. This notice is to inform you of changes to client scripts attached to address subrecords. Previously, these client scripts executed successfully, even when they accessed the DOM directly, which was never supported. Due to changes to the address subrecord in 2018.1, in some cases these scripts are executed on the server and fail. |
