| In 2018.1, in all newly provisioned accounts, two-factor authentication (2FA) is required for highly privileged roles, such as Administrator and Full Access roles, or any role that has been granted a privileged permission. In 2018.2, 2FA will be made mandatory for Administrator, Full Access, and highly privileged roles for access to the NetSuite UI in all existing NetSuite accounts. This notification is intended for customers using the NetSuite version of Inbound Single Sign-on (SSO) and have at least one active mapping.
