This notice is intended for customers using the Warranty and Repairs Management SuiteApp in your NetSuite Account.

Last May 22, 2018, NetSuite implemented changes to warranty registration generated from an invoice. Specifically, the changes will affect the registration of Serial and Lot Numbered items.

       
What is Changing?Recommended Action
By design, NetSuite does not generate warranty registration for invoice line items that have no Inventory Details, regardless of the following conditions: [LIST] [*]Warranty tracking is enabled on the record of the warranty item [*]The Register Warranty
