Inventory Counts to Respect Show Display Name with Item Codes Preference
  
As of September 5, 2018, in NetSuite 18.2, inventory counts will respect the Show Display Name with Item Codes preference.

Previously, only item names appeared in the Item Name field on the Enter Inventory Count page, even if you had enabled the preference to also show display names on transactions.

NetSuite is making this change to provide more information about items on inventory counts.
