This notice is for customers using the Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp in your production account. In the next release of the SuiteApp, the following change will be implemented.        
What is Changing?Recommended Actions
Access Restrictions to Outbound E-Document Generation and Sending

The upcoming release of Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp version 3.2 will have separate controls for restricting a role in generating or sending outbound e-documents.

By editing or customizing a role, the administrator can clear the new Allow Manual Generation of E-Document box or Allow Manual Sending of E-Document box to remove the default permission that a role may have to manually generate or send outbound e-documents.
