| Intercompany Allocation Schedules Create Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries |
This notice is intended for OneWorld accounts with multiple subsidiaries and the Expense Allocation feature is enabled in your account. | What is Changing? | Recommended Action | | As part of the deprecation of intercompany journal entries, beginning in 2018.1 intercompany allocation schedules automatically create advanced intercompany journal entries. The internal ID for the advanced intercompany journal entry transaction type(advintercompanyjournalentry) is different from the internal ID for the intercompany journal entry transaction type (intercompanyjournalentry). | If you use SuiteFlow workflows for the approval of your journal entries, review your workflows to ensure that they include the Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry as a transaction record subtype. You should also review any scripts or integrations for intercompany allocation that use the intercompany journal entry transaction type to be sure they include the correct transaction type. Specifically, review the following:

Saved Searches
SuiteScript
SuiteTalk (Web Services)
SuiteFlow (in addition to the previously cited workflows for journal entry approval)
SuiteAnalytics Connect
|
