This notice is intended for customers using NetSuite’s Shipping capabilities and support gift certificates in your sales orders.

What is Changing?

As of 2018.2, sales orders containing a gift certificate will automatically exclude the gift certificate amount from shipping cost calculations. Previously, customers were required to click the calculate icon next to the Shipping Cost field to exclude Gift Certificate item from the total Shipping Amount.

Recommended Actions
