This notification is to inform you that existing behavior in credit card deposits is changing to match its intended design. When a customer's credit card is not charged for a deposit, the transaction is non-posting, and it should not contribute to the deposit balance. Currently, unapproved credit card deposits are contributing to the deposit balance.         
What is Changing?Recommended Action
Currently, if a deposit is created with credit card approval set to false, the amount of the transaction is applied to the deposit balance even though the transaction does not post to the General Ledger. This is changing. Effective
