| NetSuite 2018.2 includes a change in the behavior for custom search results when using the Customer Center role. NetSuite accounts with at least one Customer Center role user will be impacted by this change. Before 2018.2, the system allowed Customer Center role users to create custom searches using the Find Transactions permissions. As of 2018.2, this permission will be removed.
