| This notice is intended for customers who have a sandbox account that is currently in Awaiting Activation status. Starting today, sandbox accounts must be activated within 14 days of refresh or they will expire and that refreshed account will be deleted. Sandbox refreshes have been available to activate for longer than 14 days due to a process step that was not deployed until this week. This process will be updated in today’s e-fix. You will have 14 days from today to activate your sandbox account that is currently Awaiting Activation. To activate your sandbox account, go to Setup > Company > Sandbox Accounts page. If your refreshed Sandbox expires please navigate to your Sandbox Accounts page and request another refresh. |
