| This notice is intended for customers using NetSuite Point of Sale (NSPOS) as your in-store register solution. NetSuite has introduced Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to improve the security of our customers’ NetSuite ERP accounts. To ensure your NSPOS integration will work correctly with this security change, we are introducing a new Integration Role in NSPOS 2018.2.0. Integration users handle the synchronization between NetSuite ERP and the replication server that updates your registers. After 2018.2.0 release, these users must have the new Integration Role in place. You will perform two tasks to adopt the new Integration Role.
