This notice is intended for customers using the NetSuite Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp. This notice discusses the planned changes and enhancements to the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp in 2019.1

What is Changing?

We implemented the following changes to the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp in the 2019.1 version: [LIST=1] [*]New SuiteTax Bank File Template field The Bank File Template field on the Payment File Format record (accessed from Payments > Setup > Payment File Templates) will soon be deprecated. In preparation for this change, a SuiteTax Bank File Template field has been added to the form. [LIST] [*]For accounts with SuiteTax feature enabled, the value from the new SuiteTax Bank File Template field will be used by default when processing payments and generating bank files.
