| This notice is intended for customers who received an exemption from the mandatory 2FA requirement for integrations. This exemption for integrations had a side effect for users logging in to the NetSuite UI with highly privileged roles. For UI login, the Duration of Trusted Device field defaults to “Per session” and this value cannot be changed on the Two-Factor Authentication Roles page. What is Changing The following solution will address this concern. A new option for Mandatory 2FA roles lets users choose to trust their device for 14 days.
