| This notice is intended for customers using the Call Logging feature in the NetSuite for Android app. What is Changing? We are deprecating the Call Logging feature in Version 8.2 of the NetSuite for Android app, planned for release in February 2019. A change in Google’s Terms of Service prevents us from continuing to offer this feature. We apologize that we were unable to notify you of this change sooner. Recommended Actions It is still possible to manually log a call. To do this: [LIST=1] [*]Open the record you want to append a phone call log to. [*]Expose the submenu by tapping the Menu icon.
