This notice is to inform you of a security update which may affect the way you are able to share HTML files with other companies that also have NetSuite accounts.        
What is Changing?Recommended Actions
As of 2019.1, it will no longer be possible to open HTML files from another company’s file cabinet. An attempt to open this type of file will result in it opening as plain text instead of a rendered web page. This limitation prevents the possibility of any malicious scripts being executed through internally stored HTML pages.If you access files from other companies and a business process is dependent on an HTML file interpretation, you should copy the required files to your file cabinet and stop linking to them from another NetSuite account holder’s file cabinet. Update references to these files to use their new location in your file cabinet.
